Insulting letter fr. Donald Tsang

Protocol aside, decency dictates that courtesy and politeness be the norm. I believe P-Noy. Anybody who has been to Hongkong can attest to the rudeness of the islanders. This is what normally happens when those previously living in a pigsty suddenly find themselves in castles. If not for the Brits, Hongkong would not have attained their present status. And in the case of mainland China, the greed of American entrepreneurs actually pushed the scale up for the Chinese. I distinctly remember when scruples were still being observed in the conduct of business, Nike was subjected to relentless attacks for having their products manufactured in China where labor is cheap which included probably even prison labor. Now, not being in China is a sign of stagnation. Forget about ethical considerations, the bottom-line is what is most important.
